Additional Information: By a vote of 3–0 on December 17, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and § 9.107(a) of the Commission’s rules that ‘‘Affirmation of (1) SECY–03–0195 (Final Rule: 10 CFR Part 50, Financial Information Requirements for Applications to Renew of Extend the Term of an Operating License for a Power Reactor); and (2) SECY–03–0211 (Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2)’’ be held on December 18, and on less than one week’s notice to the public.
